Why Akathleptos?

Why Akathleptos? Because it means Uncontainable. God is infinite. Hence, the whole universe cannot contain Him. The term also refers to the incomprehensibility of God. No man can know everything about God. We can know Him personally but not exhaustively, not even in Heaven.

Why Patmos? Because the church is increasingly marginalized and exiled from the culture.

Why Pen-Names? So the focus is on the words and not who wrote them. We prefer to let what we say stand on its own merit. There is precedent in church history for this - i.e., the elusive identity of Ambrosiaster who wrote in the 4th century A.D.

“Truth is so obscured nowadays, and lies so well established, that unless we love the truth we shall never recognize it." Blaise Pascal

Blatant Hypocrisy

Guess which country has the following immigration law? Illegal immigration is a felony and immigrants must ....
  • be in the country legally
  • have the means to sustain themselves economically
  • not destined to be burdens on society
  • be of economic and social benefit to society
  • of good character and have no criminal records
  • contributors to the general well-being of the nation.
The law also ensures that:
  • immigration authorities have a record of each foreign visitor
  • visitors do not violate their visa status
  • foreign visitors are banned from interfering in the country’s internal politics
  • foreign visitors who enter under false pretenses are imprisoned or deported
  • foreign visitors violating the terms of their entry are imprisoned or deported
  • those who aid in illegal immigration will be sent to prison.
And just which country has these laws?

Mexico.
