Why Akathleptos?

Why Akathleptos? Because it means Uncontainable. God is infinite. Hence, the whole universe cannot contain Him. The term also refers to the incomprehensibility of God. No man can know everything about God. We can know Him personally but not exhaustively, not even in Heaven.

Why Patmos? Because the church is increasingly marginalized and exiled from the culture.

Why Pen-Names? So the focus is on the words and not who wrote them. We prefer to let what we say stand on its own merit. There is precedent in church history for this - i.e., the elusive identity of Ambrosiaster who wrote in the 4th century A.D.

“Truth is so obscured nowadays, and lies so well established, that unless we love the truth we shall never recognize it." Blaise Pascal

A Definition Of Delusional

Look in the dictionary under the word "Delusional" and this should be one of the definitions: the tendency to ascribe Islamic Attacks to "mentally confused" individuals

The Associated Press reports here that another attack occurred on a train in Austria with at least 2 passengers seriously wounded in a knife attack. Of course there is no mention of the attacker's identity ... which, given recent events, is almost surely Islamic.

The assault came three days after a man attacked passengers on a crowded Swiss train with a knife and burning liquid Saturday, in an assault that left him and one of his victims dead. In Austria, Vorarlberg police spokeswoman Elisabeth Engelhardt said police were searching for a motive as they questioned the man but "at this point there is no knowledge" of a copycat attack.

"We assume that the perpetrator is mentally confused," she said in an email.

St. Gallen police in Switzerland said Tuesday said that three victims of Saturday's attack remained in hospital, including a 17-year-old girl still in life-threatening condition.

Meanwhile, French drivers near Calais are being warned to stay off the roads as migrants (undoubtedly Islamic) smash cars as their owners sit in traffic "just for fun". Read about it here.

As noted earlier here, "mental illness" is the media and political elite's new cover for Islamic attacks. My advice if you're fortunate enough to reside somewhere like the U.S. to be able to do so? Arm yourself.

While sin inevitably produces "mental illness" in one form or another in everyone without exception until/unless they are freed in Christ (2 Cor 4:3-4; John 9:39; Rom 8:7-8), Islamists happen to exhibit a particularly brutal and violent form of it.
